A permanent show hangs in the historic National Park Inn of Longmire Washington. The show consists of twenty to thirty images at any one time. The National Park Inn nestles within Mt. Rainier National Park, a beautiful venue for nature, landscape and mountain photography.
Eighteen interpretive pieces can be viewed at the Washington State History Museum through January of 2000. They are part of the "Sunrise to Paradise, the Story of Mount Rainier National Park" exhibit. The museum is in downtown Tacoma at 1911 Pacific Ave.
Two pieces are on display in the main concourse of the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport through November 1999.
A fifteen-piece show will be on display in the Seattle Patagonia retail store through the 1999 holiday season. 2100 First Street, Seattle, phone (206) 622-9700.
The Mountaineers Press will publish my first book, Mount Rainier: A Climbing Guide, in October 1999. The book is an extensive guide with over 70 photos of the climbing routes on Mount Rainier. It contains specialized sections on the history, the National Park Service, planning and preparation, weather, safety and survival, health, avalanches, and general mountaineering.
